| On April 9th,
2009 my three girls and I were in a horrific accident
in which we t-boned a semi truck in our 79 Ford
Bronco at 55 mph. The trucker did not see us and
turned left in front of us leaving us no where
to go and no time to react. My girls were in the
hospital for 1-3 days with injuries ranging from
bumps & bruises to broken noses and a broken leg.
I was in ICU for two days and in the hospital for
a total of 10 days. We will all have many months
if not years of recovery including physical therapy
and at least three more surgeries between the four
of us. I would not allow this traumatic accident
to prevent me from attending the 21st annual RMMR
and enjoying my 03 Mustang in the beautiful town
of Steamboat Springs with my close knit family
and with Kurupt Kustoms Kar Club and the other
550+ Mustang Enthusiasts attending this wonder
event. |
